1. What if I have a garment to return which is faulty or I wish to exchange?

   Firetrap is a wholesale manufacturer, who sells its clothes to Independent/Multiple accounts in the UK and Worldwide

   Should you have a faulty or unwanted garment, please return the goods to the retail store that the goods were purchased from. The exchange for faulty or unwanted goods is dependant on the refund/return policy of each individual retail store.

   Should you wish to contact Firetrap with regards to a faulty or unwanted garment, please use the country specific "Customer Enquiries" email on the Contact page

   Footwear enquiries should be direct to the footwear contact on the "Customer Enquiries" page.

2. I am a retailer who wishes to stock Firetrap clothing in my Store?

   If you are a retailer who is seriously considering stocking Firetrap in your store, please go to the Contact page and Retail Enquiries. Please use the country or footwear specific link to be directed to the correct Sales Manager.

3. I would like to get in touch with the local country office for Firetrap.
