To make your online shopping experience easier, we have introduced our click & collect service. From the comfort of your home you can choose any product online and get it delivered to your local participating sportsdirect.com store (or partner store) with the click of a button; with collection at your convenience.

Normal standard delivery charges apply. Some larger items are not eligible for the click & collect service. £5 voucher redeemable in the same stores from the specific chain that the parcel has been collected from

Add the items to the basket that you wish to purchase. Go to your basket page and click the secure checkout button. Either log into your account or log in as a guest.

COLLECTION
Once you have received an email confirming that your order is ready for collection, simply visit the store to collect your parcel and receive your £5 off voucher from a member of the store staff.

Your parcel can only be collected within your chosen stores opening hours. Please ensure you have your order number, unique delivery code and a form of ID.
You have up to 28 days to collect your parcel from your selected store. You will be reminded three times within this period to pick up your parcel. If you fail to pick up your parcel within this period, it will be returned to the warehouse and you will lose any delivery charges you have paid. You will then need to speak to Customer Services for a refund. For full click and collect terms click here.

Terms & Conditions Click and Collect Vouchers

  1. Click and collect vouchers can only be redeemed in the same stores from the specific chain that the parcel has been collected from.
  2. Click and collect vouchers apply to click and collect in branches of SportsDirect.com, Sports World, Lillywhites, Field & Trek, Soccer Scene, Direct Golf and Dragon Carp.
  3. Click and collect vouchers may be used to purchase goods of a higher price than the value of the voucher on payment of the difference.
  4. If you do not spend the entire balance on the click and collect voucher the remaining balance will be given to you on a new voucher. No cash change will be given.
  5. If any product purchased with a click and collect voucher is subsequently exchanged for a product of a lower price or a refund, any money owing will be issued as a voucher.
  6. Click and collect vouchers may not be refunded, exchanged for cash, used in conjunction with any other discount or taken as deposits.
  7. Please treat click and collect vouchers as cash. Sportsdirect.com will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards.
  8. Photocopied, reproduced or defaced cards will not be accepted. The manager's decision, in such cases, is final.
  9. Click and collect vouchers are valid for 24 months after purchase. Any remaining balance will be cancelled on the expiry of the validity period.
  10. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the click and collect vouchers at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights.
