Promotion: Promotion Voucher with Qualifying Spend to use on
future purchases.
Voucher: £20 voucher for every Qualifying Spend on the
Website or in store up to a maximum amount of £100 (the Voucher Max). The Voucher will
expire on 5 December 2024.
Qualifying Spend: £100 spent on the Website or in-store
during the Promotion Period (Exclusions apply).
Promotion Period: 00:01 on 18th November 2022 until 23:59 on
1st December 2022
Exclusions: The Promotion does not apply to:
a) orders placed before or after the Promotion Period; or
b) pre-orders.
The Qualifying Spend does not include:
a) the full value of any purchase made using another promotion or
discount code (e.g where a product is subject to a buy one get one free offer or discounted,
only the amount paid will be included in the Qualified Spend);
b) staff discount - 40%/50% Staff Uniform Purchases
c) the value of any gift card, voucher or credit note; or
d) delivery charges.

The following General Terms and Conditions apply to this
Promotion.
1. During the Promotion Period customers who make a Qualifying Spend with the Promoter will
be
eligible to receive a Voucher to spend on future purchases when using the same email
address/account used to make the Qualifying Spend.
2. The Voucher will be issued using the email address used to make the Qualifying Spend on
the Website and will be issued on the later of either (i) dispatch of your order, (ii) when
you have collected your order (for click and collect purchases), or (ii) within one month of
the end of the Promotion Period.
3. Where the Qualifying Spend has been made in one of the Promoter’s stores, you will be
issued the Voucher at the point of checkout.
4. All Vouchers are valid for use from 5 December 2022 until 5 December 2024.
5. The Promoter’s usual terms and conditions for gift vouchers apply to the Voucher in
additional to these terms.
6. Vouchers can be redeemed on the Website or in-store.
7. The Voucher Max applies to your combined orders across the Website and/or in-store
throughout the duration of the Promotion.
8. If an order qualifies for a Voucher and one or more products within that order are later
returned:
a. before the Voucher is used: then the Voucher will be cancelled should
the total spend lower the Qualifying Spend enough to reduce the value of the Voucher to
zero, or, a new Voucher will be issued in accordance with these terms if the Qualifying
Spend is still met. You will be notified of such cancellation/replacement by email; or
b. after the Voucher is used: then the value of the used Voucher
will be deducted from any refund amount relating to such return.
9. There is no entry fee to use this Promotion.
10. The decision made by the Promoter as to those persons able to use the Promotion and the
products that are eligible for the Promotion is final.
11. No correspondence relating to the Promotion will be entered into.
12. By using this Promotion, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by these terms and
conditions.
13. No alternative (cash or otherwise) to the Promotion is available.
14. Employees and agents of the Promoter and its Group companies are only eligible to
participate in this Promotion online, as are their relatives or members of their families or
household.
15. The Promoter may cancel the Promotion by giving notice on this webpage.
16. The Promoter accepts no liability for cancellation of the Promotion.
17. The Promotors liability, to any participant or any other third party in relation to the
Promotion, is limited to £50.00 (unless limitations of liability are not permitted by law).
18. Where the Promotion is advertised on a Platform, the Promotion is in no way sponsored,
endorsed or administered by, or associated with that Platform. You are providing your
information to the Promoter. By participating in the Promotion you agree to complete release
of the Platform from any claims in connection with this Promotion. You remain subject to the
Platform’s terms and conditions.
19. Any personal data collected by the Promoter will be used solely for the purpose of
administering this Promotion in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy
policy.
